Community & Youth.

The Directors have great experience in Community and Youth work having worked for over 20 years in this field and are also Charity Trustees.

In addition to the short course that charities and social enterprises need such as First Aid and Health & Safety we offer bespoke courses such as;

- What is youth work?
- Team building days.
- Dealing with conflict.
- Mediation.

We also provide consultancy work for local authorities and organisation. Recent work includes;

• Research and report writing on volunteering in a neighborhood
• Assisting community groups to think about 2020 vision ie What do you hope the community and town will look like in 5 years time?. I facilitated community consultation evenings so they could thinks and decide on their priorities. They were successful in receiving funding under The Our Place Initiative to put some new ways of working in the community  into practice.
• Fire safety inspection of premises in Wales prior to refurbishment work being carried out.
• Assisting a charity with Fire Safety record keeping
